Delivery Timeline

We deliver orders across India within 4–10 working days, depending on your location. This includes:

Order Processing: 2–4 working days (Monday–Saturday)

Shipping / Transit Time: 2–6 working days (Monday–Saturday)

Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM IST

Note: Delivery timelines may be longer during festivals, sale periods, adverse weather conditions, or unforeseen courier delays.

Customers will receive timely SMS and email updates regarding their shipment status.


Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–4 working days.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via SMS and/or email.


Shipping Partners

We ship through trusted logistics partners including Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and the Shiprocket Partner Network.

All shipments are secure, fully trackable, and professionally handled.


Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across India.

Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹99 COD handling charge per order.


Serviceable Locations

We currently deliver only within India.

International shipping will be introduced soon.


Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeline, or the tracking status has not been updated for more than 48 hours, please email support@ezber.in with your Order Number.

Our customer support team will assist you promptly.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged upon delivery or lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date (or expected delivery date).

After verification with our courier partner, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.


Express Delivery

Need your order urgently?

We offer Express Air Delivery on request (additional charges apply). Please contact our support team before placing your order to arrange express shipping.

Returns & Refunds Policy

7-Day Hassle-Free Returns

At EZBER, we want you to shop with complete confidence.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a return within 7 days from the date of deliveryno questions asked.

Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a free pickup from your delivery address.

Our team will verify your request and schedule a pickup.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • Product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.
  • A valid Order ID or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The request is raised after 7 days.
  • The product has been used, washed, worn, stained, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Original tags, labels, or packaging are missing.
  • The product is returned in a condition different from how it was delivered.
  • Any complimentary gifts received with the order are not returned.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours and share photographs of the product and packaging.

Our team will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.


Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you require a different size, colour, or style, simply return the eligible item and place a new order.


Return Pickup

We provide free return pickup across India for all eligible returns.

If pickup is unavailable in your location, our support team will guide you through an alternate return process and reimburse approved courier charges.


Refunds

Once your returned product is received and successfully passes our quality inspection, we will notify you regarding the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Banks or payment providers may require additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

A ₹99 Cash on Delivery (COD) handling charge applies to all COD orders.

The ₹99 COD handling charge is non-refundable, even if the order is returned.

For eligible COD returns, only the product value will be refunded after deducting the ₹99 COD handling charge.

If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact support@ezber.in.


Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. However, they remain eligible for return under our 7-Day Hassle-Free Return Policy after delivery.
